I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Metro and tram, making it easy to navigate around the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. The private parking was very convenient, and there were also public transport options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

During my recent stay at the Alden Suite Hotel, I was impressed by the spaciousness and coziness of the accommodations. The service provided by the friendly and cute team was excellent. I especially appreciated the free amenities in the room and minibar, as well as the amazing shower pressure. And let me just say, the toilet with the built-in bidet was a dream come true! I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the lake in Zurich. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the main shopping street and the old town. The room I stayed in was huge and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The breakfast was delicious and the service throughout my stay was excellent.

The only downside I experienced was the lack of a view from my room.

The hotel is located on a peaceful side street in a very nice area, close to the city center. It is within easy walking distance of main sites and even to the Hermes store. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furniture and beds. The bathroom is also spacious and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The staff provides excellent service and is attentive to guests' needs.

The reception area and restaurant can feel a bit cramped and claustrophobic.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, but it wasn't a big problem as the outdoor area was refreshing. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this elegant hotel.
